Woman Who Survived Attack By Serial Killer Speaks In Frankfort

A woman who survived an attack by a serial killer in Lexington is now reaching out to help other victims.

II 1997, Holly Dunn-Pendelton was raped, beaten, stabbed and left for dead by Angel Maturino Resendiz, also known as the railroad killer.

Her boyfriend was killed.

She spoke to legislators in Frankfort about being a survivor.

The activities were part of the 16th Annual National Crime Victims Week.
