A Corbin man charged with animal cruelty pleads not guilty.
Court officials say William Sutton, Junior was in court after police say several dogs were found living in a van.
Some people who live nearby say they saw one dog nearly killed by others earlier this month.
Sutton will be back in court June 18th.
