Central Kentucky Marine Dies in Accident

22-year-old Lance Corporal Tommy Bullen died Saturday, after drowning off Topsail Beach, North Carolina.
Bullen was spending his day off in the water with a friend at the time. Officials say a rip-tide pulled him out to sea.
The incident forced an immediate search and rescue effort. Bullen's body washed ashore after a seven hour search.
Bullen was from Richmond, and a 2003 graduate from Madison Central High School.
He had served two tours in Iraq, and was scheduled to come home in August.
Bullen's visitation is set for Friday, at Combs Parsons Collins Funeral Home in Richmond.
His funeral will be Saturday. He'll be buried in Richmond Cemetery with full military honors.
