Kentucky Is Among The States Leading The Nation In Layoffs

Kentucky is among the states leading the nation in layoffs.

The latest labor statistics out find Kentucky had the sixth highest number of people losing their jobs in the first quarter of 2007.

California led the list followed by Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.

In Kentucky, just more than 5,500 people lost their jobs in the first three months of the year.
