A Clay County man has been arrested for allegedly abusing a resident at a London assisted living facility.

It allegedly happened in February, 2006 at a facility operated by new foundations.

The attorney general says 23-year old Harold Dwayne Hubbard of Manchester injured the resident by throwing him to the floor and putting him in a wrestling hold.

Hubbard is being held in the Laurel County Jail on a $25,000 bond.

Last month, 23-year old Charles Gabbard was arrested for abusing a resident at the Bush house which was also operated by new foundations.

Officials say other investigations are ongoing at new foundations.
