Crews are also looking for a missing person in Martin County.
Police say 24-year old Quintin Lawrence Jones hasn't been seen since Tuesday and they believe he could be in the Tug Fork River.
Jones is black, five foot nine, and weighs 180 pounds.
He has brown eyes a goatee and the name Q-Dawg on his upper right arm.
He was last seen wearing black shorts, a white t-shirt, a black ball cap and white Nike shoes.
