A Pike County man convicted of killing a woman and injuring her husband will not get a new trial.
Kevin Rowe is serving a life sentence after he shot a couple on an ATV trail.
Tammy Hylton was killed and her husband robin was critically injured.
The high court unanimously agreed that there is no reason to overturn Rowe's sentence.
Rowe got the maximum sentence allowed for the crimes.
He is eligible for parole after 20 years.
