School Custodian Arrested For Indecent Exposure

An employee of the Fayette County school system was arrested after police say he exposed himself to to young children.

Randy Hill is the head custodian at Picadome Elementary School in Lexington.

A spokesperson for Fayette County Schools says sometime during his lunch hour, Hill went to the Nicholasville Road K-Mart. Police say he went to the toy section and dropped his pants.

Hill is accused of exposing himself to children and adults inside the store. He is now charged with indecent exposure.

Hill has been an employee with Fayette County Schools since 1987. It's unknown how long he's been at Picadome, but school leaders say Hill did pass all criminal background checks.

They also say this is the first reported incident in the 20years he's been with the school district. Hill is currently on suspension with pay as police investigate the case.

My family has known this man for many years and I cannot bring myself to beleive this. In my mind and heart his is innocent and I pray for him because even if he is proven innocent by the court his name is forever tarnished. Let us as Christians pray for him.

I have known this person for 30 years. I know without a shadow of doubt he did not do this. Has any on informed the press that he is a vivid HOT WHEEL COLLECTOR? He has over 20 thousand cars in his home. He attend every Hot Wheel Convention for the past 15 years. Please get your facts strait before you condemmed this man.All retail chains discourage toy collectors of any types. My children goes to this school and I know he did not do what you are reporting.I would trust him with my kids any day.

There is definitely something going on in this man's life if this is truely his first reported incident in 20 years. The problem could be medical and/or mental. He needs a complete, and I mean complete, physical and mental evaluation.

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY, IF THIS GUY WAS CAUGHT WITH HIS PANTS DOWN-EXPOSING HIMSELF TO KIDS AND ADULTS ; WHY HE IS SUSPENDED "WITH PAY"? DO MY TAX DOLLARS HELP PAY HIS WAGES? IF SO, I'M REALLY NOT IN FAVOR OF PAYING A SEX OFFENDER TO BE OFF WORK!!!!! AND I'M EVEN LESS IN FAVOR OF PAYING HIM TO BE AT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
