FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) - The governor's office has announced that
Governor Fletcher has reappointed the chairman of the Kentucky
Public Service Commission to another term.
Fletcher signed an executive order last Friday giving another
stint to Mark David Goss of Harlan. Goss, an attorney, has been the
commission's chairman since February 2004.
The three-member commission regulates utilities in Kentucky.
