Drug Suspects In Court

More Video...

Suzette Espinoza-Lina and her son Michael Deharak pleaded not guilty to drug charges this morning, while Aurelio Espinoza-Lina turned himself into the Clark County Sheriff's Department.

Police say Suzette Espinoza-Lina, her husband Aurelio and son Michael Deharak were all behind a cocaine drug ring operating in the county.

The Clark County Sheriff's Department arrested the mother and son at their homes in the Tree Haven Mobile Home.

Police say they seized a pound of cocaine with an estimated street value of $22,000 along with marijuana prescription pills and $21,000 in cash from inside their home.

The Sheriff says this is one of the largest cocaine bust in the Clark County in recent years.

The arrest came after a concerned citizen made a tip to police.

The mother and son will be back in court next week facing additional charges.

Aurelio Espinoza-Lina will appear in court tomorrow for his arraignment.

Let's don't judge anyone because of their last name, ethnicity, gender or social status. Let's judge them because they are drug dealers who are poisoning that small town selling crack and I know from personal experience that the town is FULL of drug addicts, especially crack and pills. They were making a living off ruining people's lives and not just the life of the addict, but their family and friends, too. I believe drug dealers should be charged with murder for every life they knowingly ruin for their own gain because at some point, these addicts are truly dead and have no life. I suppose they're human beings, I'll believe they're Americans....but I know they are evil and essentially serial killers.

Joe's comment is way off base. I am a Christian that works 40 hours every week. Just because I live in a MHP does not put me in the same class with these people. There are drug dealers in million dollar neighborhoods too. Those who live in glass houses should not throw rocks.

I think you should all get a life. Suzette and Micheal are both full blooded Americans. Don't judge people because of there last names. These people are human beings and deserve to be treated fairly. Let the courts decide what needs to be done and everyone else just shut-up. Maybe it's people like you we should deport. This is for Joe, you can kiss my ***. You are such a jerk. I lived in a trailor park for 5 years because of financial problems. I am hard working and never committed a crime in my life. I know alot of people just like me that live or have lived in a trailor park. My husband has a great job training police officers and makes a 6 diget figure and we still lived in a trailor park. So get off your high horse. You are an arrogant son of a B****.

Get a grip goodgosh. you're probably one of these idiots that think sex offenders should be allowed to live near schools too. We asked if they were illegal. IF they are, they should be deported not handed the keys to the city because they're foreign. No one says all foreigners are bad but the ones who are SHOULD NOT be allowed to stay in this country and receive foodstamps and public assistance after doing things like this. The majority of illegal immigrants are in this country driving cars with no insurance and collecting welfare that CITIZENS of THE US can't even draw and for what...to send the majority of the money they make, in this country, home to Mexico. Did you know that the Mexican economy is largely funded by American money sent home by it's citizens? Do you even care or are you one of the bleeding hearts who think we should take care of every other countrys people and let ours live in poverty and on the streets. Get a life and wake up to the real world. If Americans don't stand up for America, our Government won't.

Oh no, I guess Margaret Schmidt, Al Feinstein, Patrick O'Shaunessy, Stanley Wieszewski, Takuri Okadawa, Raquel LeBlanc and others with names that aren't American need to be deported as well because they are probably illegal based on their last names! Get a grip Albert and Wanda; that is definitely stereotyping. I guess it's ok for Miguel Jones and Eduardo Smith to stay because of their LAST names. You guys kill me.

Please do not judge all mobile home park residents by this example. Most are hard working people just like anyone else. I'm so tired of the "trailer park" stereotype. Most residents of mobile home parks are retirees, single parents, or young families forced out of the outrageously priced housing market. To Joe and any others who find it amusing to continue this stereotype, I suggest learning a little more about this lifestyle before bashing it.

If they are illegal or in this country on green cards, they should be deported immediately!! We have enough problems with the idiots who are citizens doing this stuff without illegals coming in and setting up shop
