Paris Hilton Returns Home After Three Days Of Jail Time

LOS ANGELES (AP) - After just three days behind bars, Paris Hilton has returned to more comfortable surroundings.

Instead of 23 days in jail, she's going to serve 40 days of home confinement. She left the jail and returned home early this morning. And a sheriff's department spokesman says Hilton has been fitted with an ankle bracelet to make sure she stays put.

The spokesman says the decision was made partly because of an unspecified medical condition.

Hilton arrived at the jail Sunday night to start serving a sentence for violating probation. She'd pleaded no-contest to a reckless driving charge in January, and was sentenced to 36 months' probation. When she was later pulled over again, she was told she was driving on a suspended license, and she signed a document acknowledging she was not supposed to drive. She was then pulled over again in February.

Mike from Paris said: ***Get rich guys and you will treat like she! and stop complain, if you are not smart enough to make money.*** First off Mike, you don't know how to spell and put a sentence together. Secondly, she didn't EARN her money; her family is rich. Does the chain of Hilton hotels ring a bell?? She earned nothing and everything has been given to her. The medical reason was she was not eating because she was afraid if she used the toilet a guard might take a picture of her and it would get released to the press. How would that picture be any worse than her porn movie(s) that can be found on numerous sites on the internet? What a bunch of garbage and what a piece of trash.

Just another poor little rich girl who continues to think that the wealth that she comes allows her to do whatever she wants and get away with it. She needs to go back to jail and serve her time just like anyone else would have to do.

To Mike in Danville...this had nothing to do with a "liberal judge" you idiot. As you may have heard, when the judge figured out what happened, he ordered her to court for a hearing today. This shows your lack of ability to READ because you immediately blame the judge, when it was in fact the sheriff's dept which released her based on medical advisement. So if you want anyone to take the blame, blame a doctor for recommending it. And stop using the word "liberal" on everything to try to make it sound bad...it's no worse than the word "conservative", both of which indicate a psychopath too far on the wrong side of the middle of the road where most people are at.

I don't think we need to worry about the "liberal judges". It seems this comment section has its share of strict judges slamming hammers pretty hard. I am also of the persuasion that money had something to do with Paris' early release, but judgmentalism will never solve the problem of injustice. It will only breed more of humanity's negative vices.

Paris got all the justice her Daddy's money could buy! She is pathetic! If this had been a poor white or poor person of color woould they have gotten the "fair" treatment that Paris thought she got. I will never stay in another Hilton hotle or anything owned by them. What a joke she is !

I'm so sick and tired of hearing about Miss Priss, I think that if she broke the law she needs to own up to what she has done and should have to do her time. If it were to be anyone else like you or me we would have to put our time in jail no matter how cold it was or that we didnt have that many blankets to keep us warm. We all need to become Celebrities and see what all we can get away with. I still think she should have had to stay in jail and the judge whom put her there should have made her stay instead of giving in to the Little Princess!!!!!!!

Hey, if our society weren't so hung up about the haves, we wouldn't be talking about this.. I say good for her, she's got the money and the juice to get out.. like Richard Pryor once said, its justice alright.. just us... If any one of us could do what she did we'd never be griping.. Get over it folks, this class jealousy thing demeans you.
