A man accused of trying to hit another man with his car and then pulling a gun on him is out of jail.
53-year old Stuart Reynolds of Whitesburg was released from the Kentucky River Regional Jail on a $20,000 surety bond.
He's also on home incarceration.
Police believe Reynolds tossed the gun out of his car after the incident in Hazard over the weekend.
They still haven't found the weapon.
Reynolds is charged with two counts of wanton endangerment.
