McDowell says there are 2 suspects in the Harley Davidson Soft Tail stolen at the Plaza Hotel.
One suspect was a lookout, a white male, slim build, bald head, pencil line side burns , beard and moustache and tattoos on arms.
The man who drove off on the bike is a white male, heavy build, 6 feet two to 6 ft. four with long sleeves and a ball cap.
