An eastern Kentucky family is featured on national television.
The Carriere family from Prestonsburg appeared on the PBS show "Rhythm Of My Soul".
The documentary focused on the history of the music and musicians of the Appalachian region.
The family will also be featured in an article about the program in the New York Times.
The Carriere's have performed at many events, concerts and festivals throughout the region.
The show will air Wednesday night at 9pm on KET 1.
