Man Jumps In Creek During Chase

Lexington Police spent hours overnight looking for a man, after he got away from them during a chase.
It happened along Village Drive, near Devonport.

Police say they spotted the man breaking into cars in the area.

The man ran away, and jumped into a nearby creek.
Police searched the creek and the area around it, but found no one.

    was the helicopter put into the air? i know i see it flying around with nothing going on, why not when they really need it??? how is my tax money being spent if these criminals are getting away and it looks as if our police department is just so wrong.. as to the teacher, did he get anything else other than the garter?
