Just goes to show how ethical some attorney's are, they lie, cheat and steal and make other attorney's look bad. No wonder they have so much money to buy a racehorse "Curlin", drive expensive cars and have homes in Kentucky and Florida, they robbed me and 400 more people to gain their goods. If the judge doesn't impose prison time, which I doubt he will, he is an attorney too, these scumbags should live week to week like some of us do!!

This is no joking matter. My aunt was affected by the drug Fen-Phen. She now is affected by what it did to her. Since waiting on the extra money to come in that she didn't get in the "first round," her husband has died and she's become much sicker. She probably won't be able to enjoy much or any of the settlement she's yet to receive. This is what makes what the lawyers did so much more despicable. As if they didn't have enough money already. I just don't understand why it's still taking so long to get the money to the plaintiffs.

No Casey i believe all have been suspended. Smith, they are being charged with conspiracy, also they will be asked to return a large portion of the judgement to be redistributed. Sorry about your heart condition, Phen-fen was a garbage drug that should have never seen the light of day. You will get justice ...

What I can't believe is that any person would actually use these lawyers for anything based on their television commercials. Talk about cheesy. Same thing goes for the Heavy Hitter; what a class act...LOL!

Phen-Fen left me with a heart condition and I signed up with Cunningham and never received any money from him. I guess my portion was what he used to pay off his ex-wifes house. Or maybe to nuy the farm in Georgetown that he lives in. They all should go to jail for a large number of years to be served, not be able to practice law anymore either.

Now if we can get the politicians we would have a better place to live.
