A Perry County man who pleaded guilty to elk poaching charges will not serve any jail time.
Anthony Fugate of Viper was sentenced earlier this month.
He's not allowed to hunt for three years and must pay more than seven thousand dollars in fines.
Fugate and Alan Combs of Hazard allegedly shot two elk last year on the old lost mountain strip mine.
A jury trial for Combs is set for July 20th.
