Kentucky 150 and Standford Road were shut down for two hours today, after two people were killed in a crash between a car and a truck pulling a horse trailer.
The Boyle County Sheriff's say the car was trying to cross, what they call a dangerous intersection.
The car ran a stop sign and slammed right into a truck. The truck was pulling a trailer with three horses inside.
The truck driver Paul Rice, of Northern Tennessee, was shaken up but not seriously injured.
The Sheriff's Department says this scene is just all too familiar especially for cars trying to cross the highway.
