The sentencing for former Chief Highway Engineer Sam Beverage has been rescheduled.
The only person still facing charges from the state hiring investigation will be sentenced Friday.
Beverage struck a deal with prosecutors to reduce a felony perjury charge...to misdemeanor misconduct.
Beverage could get a 500-dollar fine and up to 12 months in jail.
