City Won't Respond To Non-Emergency Lock-Out Calls

If you're in one city and get locked out of your vehicle... you won't be able to call the police for help!

Starting July 1st, Somerset police say they'll no longer respond to non-emergency vehicle lock-outs.

They say they got nearly three thousand such calls last year.

It's getting harder for officers to unlock a car without causing damage.

Somerset Police will still respond lock-out calls in which someone's life is threatened.
