A second person has died from injuries suffered in a tour bus crash on Interstate 65 in western Kentucky.
The bus driver, Abraham Parker, died Tuesday at Vanderbilt hospital in Nashville.
Thirteen people are still hospitalized, including a child in critical condition.
Investigators now say the bus may have been carrying more people than it was designed for.
67 people were on board when the bus crashed into a concrete pillar.
