Lexington Teacher Pleads Guilty In Sex Case
A fired Lexington Bryan Station teacher has pleaded guilty to third-degree sexual abuse. Anthony Graves received 90 days in jail yesterday to be served concurrently with time he's already serving for felony crimes.

LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) - A fired Lexington Bryan Station teacher has pleaded guilty to third-degree sexual abuse. Anthony Graves received 90 days in jail yesterday to be served concurrently with time he's already serving for felony crimes.
Last Friday he was sentenced in Fayette Circuit Court to five years in jail for use of a minor under 18 in sexual performance and three years for possession of matter portraying a minor in sexual performance.
Graves was fired from his Fayette County teaching job in September after allegations of sexual contact with a 15-year-old girl.
A September police report says Graves allowed a 15-year-old girl to touch him in a way that aroused him and that he hugged and kissed the girl at her home.

First of all....you might take into consideration that this was NOT his fault. If a young lady entices a man then abuses the situation for her gain, why would SHE not be punished as well? What kind of person is allowed to make an accusation like this after they were dating and things didn't work out as planned. Yes, they were "dating". The father knew of this and that is WHY the gentleman was at HER house. He lived there for quite some time by her father's permission. It's sick how this whole thing has been turned around and an innocent man was sent to prison so that someone could have a FREE college tuition. Yes, for the record....our taxes are paying for her education. How unfair is this? I ask why was that kept quiet and under the table. These people abused the system to make sure their daughter got a FREE education. How convenient for HER and how maliciously unfair for Mr. Graves. Pathetic!

he was my teacher, and he was awesome. i kno the girl and its not like he was forced to do it or anything. i hope he gets back in the school system after he has served his sentence, he is a really cool teacher, but i never wouldve dreamed that this would have happened to him. if anyone has a way of getting ahold of him tell him i give best wishes, and hope he wont do it again, its not like he is some child molester, the girl was just a (edited), and she still is.

mr.graves was a cool teacher i cant belive this he was so cool when i heard this i went into shock
