A man is sentenced to 30 years in jail for killing an Ohio man, then burning the body and dumping it near Lake Cumberland.
A Pulaski County jury convicted Rocky Lee Smith on a slew of charges including first-degree manslaughter, second-degree arson, and tampering with physical evidence.
Smith shot Michael Wesler in the head last October then set his car on fire to cover up the crime.
