Day Care Worker Violates Court Order

A woman who agreed operating a child day
care facility out of her home is heading back to court.
Prosecutors say Robin Tracy has violated a court order in which
stipulated she could not supervise more than three children
unrelated to her at once.
Tracy signed the order after an inspection of her home earlier
this year found several children hiding in a crawlspace.
But officials from the Cabinet for Health and Family Services
found at least five children who were not related to Tracy in her
home during a visit last week.
Court documents allege Tracy told officials all seven children
in her house at the time of the visit were related to her, but
interviews with parents and grandparents revealed at least five of
the children were not related to Tracy.
Prosecutors are asking Tracy to be fined 500 dollars for
contempt of court and one thousand dollars for violating the order.

A question that is not being addressed is, why is the Cabinet for Health and Family Svcs continuely checking on this particular lady when others in this city operating similarly type daycare are worst and have not been visited one time by the Cabinet? The Cabinet would like to see ALL home daycares closed so they can drive up the price for licensed daycare which are already out of reach for most of us parents. The news media has made more to this story than there really is, blowing everything out of portion as usual! What about the licensed daycare that hid infants in a back room, how many times have they been re-inspected? Some thing is just not right here and the news media is not telling us the whole truth! So don't judge this woman too harshly!

Ashley,Nobody was fooled unless you were blind, when you picked your kids up you didn't notice all the kids there, please you knew just like we all did who had children there.

This is what happens when the cost of a outside daycare costs an arm and a leg, unless of course your on welfare than you get free daycare why you sit on your a#$, but anyway some parents that work cant afford a outside dayvare and have to resort to in home daycares where the fees are cheaper. This article doesn't tell you that these children are very very very well taken care of, the crawl space wasn't what people think, this lady was only trying to keep her daycare open for us parents who cant pay full prices for day cares, so stop judging unless you know the facts and know this lady personally

I'm going to have to agree with "me". Hiding kids in a crawl space and still allowed to operate? What's Up?
