Murder For Hire Suspect Out of Jail on Bond

30 year old Tristan Lobensomer is out of jail tonight, after police say his mother put up a $100,000 cash bond.

Lobensomer is accused of trying to hire someone to kill his girlfriend's ex-husband.

Lexington police say he went as far as meeting with what he would later find out was an undercover officer. Police say he gave the officer $5,000 in cash, pictures of the intended victim and a description of his car.

Colleen Trpkovski is the ex-wife of the intended victim, Phillip Trpkovski, and the alleged girlfriend of Tristan Lobensomer.

Lexington police arrested Lobensommer last Friday and have charged him with criminal conspiracy to commit murder.

Why is he out of jail? Perhaps so he can finish the job himself? The ex-husband better be hiding so this idiot cannot find him. This world has gone crazy and the court system is helping it!!!
