A judge orders a mental evaluation for a Lexington man charged with gunning down a repo man.
Police arrested 19-year old Brandon Robinson last week.
They say Robinson shot 40-year old David Smith several times as Smith tried to repossess a car on Laredo Drive. They believe Robinson had been driving the car.
Robinson is due back in court later this month.
