A Kentucky based soldier has been killed in Iraq.
First Lieutenant Christopher Neill Rutherford of Newport, Ohio died Monday when a bomb went off near his vehicle.
Lt. Rutherford was assigned to a unit at Fort Knox.
Governor Fletcher has ordered state flags to half staff in his honor.
