Kentucky National Guard Unit Heading To Iraq

Friends and family gathered at Keeneland Sunday afternoon to say goodbye to the members of the 138th Fires Brigade.
Nearly 50 soldiers make up the unit.
The departure ceremony was emotional for all involved.
The 138th Fires Brigade will train at Fort Sill, Oklahoma before heading to Iraq.
Once there, soldiers will help with security and stability missions around Baghdad.
