Look what happened to Mr. Smith no wonder people keep their mouth shut. Mr. Smith told the police about Mr. Hodge killing the person in the barrel and several others and police didnt listen and now Mr. Smith is in jail... And people wonder why no one will stand up and speak out... but I know if there was anything I personally could do to get a man (who has been fasly accused) out of jail I will and I hope someone would do it for me. .. RELEASE BRAIN SMITH GET JUSTICE FOR ABE SMITH AND BRAIN SMITH GET THE REAL KILLER TONY HODGE SPEAK OUT PEOPLE DO THE RIGHT THING.

in reguards to what justice from london said.... I hope that Brain Smith does get justice and it released. I hope the community will finally stand up and tell what happened concerning Tony Hodge. Think about it ppl what if it was you in jail and taken away from your family for something you didnt do wouldn't you want someone to tell the truth... and I would think that Abe Smith's family would want the right person put in jail I pray for them to get peace and closure. I do feel for them but I also feel for the family of Brain Smith because I belive that he is truly in jail for a murder that he did not commit.... and to his family I will be praying that he gets his justice also..

You all sound stupid. Know what you are talking about before, you start making accusations about people and, the Sheriff.

I think that Tony Hodge should be tried for the barrel murder and Abe Smith. If he is so called man enough to kill some one he should admit to it and let Brain Smith have somewhat of a life back as well as his family. Or at the lease he should get a new trial. I hope the news continues to follow this case. I would like to know that if someone is innocent they can seek justice....

the man is a murderer....period. obviously their is proof? why should they give u proof as long as a jury hears proof? had he been caught when this happened the woman he murdered last year would still be alive today. had the sheriff listened 3 years ago, he would have already been jailed.

what i would like to know is what prof the sheriff has is this man is the one that did this ? is it because is already in jail for murder or is it because he is another worthless sheriff who dont want to spend the time to look for other people who might have done this insted of using someone already in jail for the same crime as an easy way out of doing their job as a sheriff tell us the prof or do your job and find who did it!!!???
