Grand Jury Gets Deadly Crash Case

The suspect in last week's deadly crash in Whitley County appeared in court Monday for a preliminary hearing.
45-year-old Raymond Garner is facing three counts of murder. Police say he was drunk when his truck hit three vehicles.
A boy and a pregnant woman died.
There was no testimony at today's hearing.
But Garner's attorney wants the murder charge for the unborn baby changed to fetal homicide.
Garner is still in jail on a $5 million cash bond.
The grand jury will meet on the first Monday in August.

She was 8 months pregnant. The child is life and he has taken that life with disreguard for those he injuried. He had no remorse at the seen of the crash for any one. INstead he tried to make up a lie. There was no hitch hiker; it was him alone;I was there. Three count of murder should be the charge. Ask the lawer what he would want if it was his unborn child.
