A Johnson County teen has been indicted in connection with a deadly accident.
The Paintsville Herald reports 18-year old Dale Wells Junior was indicted on charges of murder, DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.
He's accused of hitting a motorcycle head on last month on Kentucky 172, killing Cecil Ray Curtis.
Curtis' family has also filed a civil lawsuit against Wells.
