Woman Pleads Not Guilty In The Murder Of Her Infant Son

A former Lexington teacher plead not guilty this morning in the death of her infant son.

A Fayette County Grand Jury indicted Courtney Bishop earlier this month for murder.

Investigators say she killed her one-month-old son, Caleb, back in February.

The coroner says he died from blunt force trauma to his head.

Bishop was a music teacher at Christ The King School.

Glad to see Ms. Bishop's dad has not been here yet to "sway" the posts. I look forward to all the facts coming out in this case, it is a sad situation, for two families, but mostly for a little boy who never had a chance. For all those posters who said there was alot of evidence to support her NOT doing this, be rest assured there seems to be MORE that she DID do it - which is why this trial is continuing. Justice for this little boy is what would be right.
