I was a member of Ford's for many years when I lived in Lexington. Still the best, friendliest gym I ever belonged to which definitely was a reflection on its owner. Sad news.

Mr. Ford was an honest and caring person who believed in helping other people. His actions in life were motivated by his desire to encourage others to be the best. He simply was a man of honor!

As Mike Mentzer would say, Glenn was a miracle - a man who was both great and good. He knew and practiced what was necessary to be successful in business, fitness, and life. He was a bright beacon in a subculture of confusion and misinformation. He will be greatly missed.
