New Information In An Eastern Kentucky Murder Case

New information in an eastern Kentucky murder case.

Court officials tell us 27-year-old Jonathan Brown and 26-year-old Michael McDavid will be in court Tuesday morning.

They're charged in connection with the death of 58-year-old Doyle Swiney, who's body was found over the weekend in Morgan County.

Police say he was hit in the head with a baseball bat.

Brown is facing a murder charge.

McDavid, 19-year-old Jaclyn Ferguson and an unidentified female juvenile are all facing complicity charges.

    Yes there is a serious drug problem here , but the man who was murdered was an victim who comes from a hard working family . Some of the drugs here come from Florida .

    Yeah, like they do in Florida. I know there are no murders, car jackings, or drug dealers in Miami.

    When are people down there going to learn to work & earn what they want, not sell drugs & commit murder. Murdering someone else & spending their life in prison is a a no win. It has to stop & I know KPS & UNITE are doing all they possibly can.
