New information in an eastern Kentucky murder case.
Court officials tell us 27-year-old Jonathan Brown and 26-year-old Michael McDavid will be in court Tuesday morning.
They're charged in connection with the death of 58-year-old Doyle Swiney, who's body was found over the weekend in Morgan County.
Police say he was hit in the head with a baseball bat.
Brown is facing a murder charge.
McDavid, 19-year-old Jaclyn Ferguson and an unidentified female juvenile are all facing complicity charges.
