Did a Man's Trash Get Him In Trouble?

It's what was found along with the building materials and bottles in the illegal Pulaski County dump that has landed a man in trouble with the law. The trash also contained several fliers for Anytime Roofing. The fliers even had a phone number on them.
When WYMT Mountain News called the number of the flier the man who answered the phone said he couldn't tell us anything about the dump. He did, however, admit that police have contacted him. He claimed he had no idea how his fliers ended up with the trash, saying "I pass fliers out all over the county. I don't actually know how they got in that debris. I've been talking to wildlife officers trying to figure it out."
Police confirm to WYMT Mountain News they also called the number on the flyer. The roofer, who they won't identify, was cited for criminal littering. If found guilty they say the man will be ordered to clean up the dump.
