Two men charged in connection with a Morgan County murder make a court appearance.

A Morgan County judge set preliminary hearing dates for 27-year-old Jonathan Brown and 26-year-old Michael McDavid for July 31st.

The two are charged in connection with the death of 58-year-old Doyle Swiney, who's body was found over the weekend.

Brown is facing a murder charge.

McDavid, 19-year-old Jaclyn Ferguson and an unidentified female juvenile are all facing complicity charges.

To finish the story It don't matter what kind of family you come from God still gives you a conscious to know right from wrong and all should pay for what they have done.I didn't know Doyle sorry from what people said he seamed alright.I did'nt here anything about drug being envoled other then that what was what they took the money for. It's sad what people can do.

This used to be a place that that you could leave your doors. Were like one big family if something happen to some one we all pull together and help them.If some one is gone or out of town we watch each others house that's watch it take to have a good community. But this really changes that.We for all communities not just mine need to come to gather and put a stop to this and push the drug dealers and crack heads out.The 15 year old girl was the only one from here and come from a bad family.Bounce around from house to house.

I don't condone what these men and the 2 girls did but one would have to know their background to understand how their lives got on the wrong track. That's no excuse but I still feel conpassion for them and the deceased and his family.
