Amen to that Donna... I agree and have been saying the same very thing for a long dang time... Most of the time all you see with them is women that can't find anyone else cause they look like they have been hung up wet and never dried out...! Take them to mexico and teach spanish... But get out of Kentucky or learn to communicate the way the rest of us do... An stop hanging around looking at women going into stores and speaking loudly in spanish saying I am sure dirty things just because you are not understood...

If they are here illegally thay need to get the heck out here and stay in their own country. I am so sick of them hanging out in groups, standing around staring at every woman who walks by. If these young girls in Kentucky want to hang all over them and have their babies, then go to Mexico with them. we do not need you here bringing more of them into Kentucky. Also the ones who are here legally should be made to learn our language so they can communicate.

Rick... It may not stop him and it may not be against the law down there but it is here and if they send him an others like him back across the border then it will one or two less that we have to worry about committing crimes against us in our own country! But what you said is probably true....

The only way we can crack down on this is to report what happens when you see it!!! Keeping quiet can lead to someone getting hurt. It can lead to something more serious than harrasment... it could lead to rape even murder. Even if you don't see security talk to a store employee or even call the police yourself. That is why we have them around! Women, children ANYONE should not have to feel timid and afraid to be in a store. It just goes to show what kind of world we are living in today. Granted some of the celebrity "role models" that are out there today make people think its okay to show off or allow people to see up the dress or skirt. The world is full of sick people and the only way to slow it down and prevent it is to speak up and talk to people about it and let them know whats going on!!!!

Gail, it seems to me that sending him back won't solve anything. From what I have observed Mexico has no laws whatsoever. Apparently, it is legal there to steal, rape, peep up women's skirts, and if the "law enforcement" there don't catch them, then they have commited no crime. They then come here to our country and figure they can do the same thing too.

Long skirts or not this man is sick for doing what he did! I agree with the ones below he needs to be sent back across the border let him do it in his own hometown get him out of ours...! Firm believer that if you come to our country you need to learn the language and the laws of our land!

In reply to the lady from Southeastern Ky. Also to society... Long SKIRTS will never solve the problem if a person has "problems" of this nature. Perhaps you may be a pharicitical snake handler! like so many that do wear their long skirts. This man needs strict counciling not a Jail cell. And lady, perverts never lose interest!!!!!!!!

I would be the one arrested if I saw someone trying to get a look-see up my skirt,or my daughters!Lady wearing the long skirts-you have every right to wear your long skirts, but ladies have a right to wear WHATEVER they want without having to worry if some pervert is lurking! You sound like it's these women's fault this freak was looking up their skirts. They are not inviting anything by how they choose to dress.EVERY TIME my daughter and I go shopping,(and we are very modest in our clothing) there's always a group of mexicans gawking at us,(not just us, any woman)talking in spanish and laughing. It doesn't take a genius to know what they're saying... it comes across loud and clear, no matter what the language.Right on Sue of Lexignton. It's ridiculous!!!
