Garrard County Daycare Shut Down By State

Parents who use one central Kentucky daycare are looking for a new place to take their children, after the state shut it down.
Officials suspended the license for Learn and Play Daycare in Lancaster Monday.
They say an investigation found some staff members had abused children by tying their hands or blindfolding their faces as punishment.
The state also says the daycare did not have enough people to take care of the number of children at the facility.

It's about time that CFC investigates these daycares. I wonder how many more are abusing our children! Law enforcement would go after a parent in a New York minute if they abusing their children, likewise, they should do so with daycares and day care workers. Are these workers going to be charged in with child abuse...I doubt it. But they should be tried and found guilty of child abuse!
