Somerset man arrested, charged with sexual abuse

Somerset, KY – A Somerset man has been arrested on sexual abuse charges after his indictment by a Pulaski County Grand Jury.

Jeremy S Nix, of 355 Dark Hollow Road Somerset, KY was indicted following an investigation by the Sheriff’s Department found that he had inappropriate sexual contact with a female child less than 12 years old in April of this year, according to Sheriff Rodd Wood.

Nix, 21, was charged with sexual abuse 1st degree and lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center. He remains in custody under a $50,000 cash bond.
