The trial for an eastern Kentucky man charged with second degree escape is put on hold.
Court officials say a new date will have to be set due to a conflict with Rodney Stamper's attorney.
Police say Stamper's tried to escape from police custody at least three times.
In December, he was on the run for several days after leaving the Hazard ARH.
Stamper's first trial in March ended with a mistrial after the jury deliberated for several hours without reaching a decision.
