A blood shortage emergency continues in central and eastern Kentucky.
Officials at the Kentucky Blood Center say without a tremendous increase in donors, 67 hospitals will be looking at a deficit of one thousand units of blood by month's end.
Officials say hundreds of donors are needed everyday.
