Flight Attendant's Attorney Wants Time To Review Video Footage

It will be next month before a flight attendant accused of being drunk on the job will appear in court.

Sarah Mills' attorney asked for more time to review evidence in a hearing on Tuesday morning. The judge granted that request.

They want to review video, obtained by 27NEWSFIRST, as well as video in possession of the FAA. The video shows the moments after Mills' arrest as well as her being booked into the Fayette County Detention Center.

She's due back in court September 11th.

Typical neo-nazi action by storm trooper cops and tsa. The test show plainly she was not drunk, yet they continue to persecute an innocent person. If you are unjustly taken it is your patriotic duty to resist and fight for your freedom against a tyrannical government.. If you don’t, no one else will help you…

I disagree...she does need to have something done, she suppose to be at work, their for the passengers safety, not drinking on the job. If a passenger made a threat like that to the Captain, something would be done, and her of all people know that. She should loose her job, as well as have some hefty fines.

And if the passengers needed to de plane in the event of an emergency an intoxicated flight attendant is a good thing? What color is the sky in your world? Hey let's let truck drivers drive drunk, hell let's have stoned school bus drivers and why not police and fire fighters working a little buzzed.

Hey, I thought she couldn't afford an attorney and only had $50 to her. Derek Gordon is not a public defenderand trust me, he would more than $50 to even appear in Court.
