A preliminary hearing is delayed for an accused killer.
Tony Hodge is charged with the murder of an unidentified person near Lily pits in Laurel County in 2003, he pleaded not guilty last week.
Hodge is also scheduled to go on trial in October for killing one woman and assaulting a man in Madison County.
The Laurel County case was continued until August 28th.
