Philadelphia Firm Files Lawsuit Against Mattel

A Philadelphia lawyer says an apology and a recall from Mattel just aren't enough.

Jeffrey Killino says his Philadelphia firm filed a class action lawsuit Monday against Mattel.

The lawsuit would force the toy-maker to pay the costs of lead testing for children who played with the toxic toys.

Mattel recalled millions of Chinese-made toys last week, including the "Sarge" Jeep from the hit movie "Cars."

China is doing damage control, airing a series of programs defending its products, insisting Chinese exports are safe.

The country we are dealing with is COMMUNIST China. How many poison products must they import to us before we wise up. They go by their own rules they bypass patent laws and they are against everything the US is for.
