Central Kentucky Filmmaker Finishes Second In Reality Show

WINCHESTER, Ky. (AP) - Jason Epperson knew the outcome, but like
any good director, he didn't want to spoil it for the audience.

The Winchester native ended up finishing second in the Fox TV
show, "On the Lot." The show pitted filmmakers from across the
country against each other for a $1 million dollar development deal
and the chance to shake hands with Oscar-winning director Steven

Will Bigham ended up taking the winner's check, but Epperson
said the contest allowed him to make plenty of contacts in
Hollywood. He plans to move to Los Angeles to pursue his career
with his wife Cindi and son Isaiah.

Jason, I followed your progress closely and was close to complete panic before the results were announced last night! You've made KY proud and I wish you all the best in what is now certainly a promising career for you. We'll be cheering you from the sidelines still as we watch for your credits to roll!!
