"Lexington has no problem with armed robbery because the illegal criminal alien population does not fear the Lexington Police and helps them in their investigations," "If the police were to enforce the immigration laws the illegal aliens would not help them" Beatty quotes that seem to be a little wrong. If Lexington doesn't enforce all laws including those that relate to criminal illegal aliens, the crime rate will not be reduced. The logic of that kind of thinking is so insane that any reasonable person would not accept it. Lexington is full of reasonable people and we know all laws have to be enforced to control crime. Anarchy is the result of selective (and unconstitutional) law enforcement.
