Police make a quick arrest after a robbery at a Lexington hotel, but are still looking for another suspect.

Police say a 15-year-old used a BB gun to hold up the Extended Stay Hotel, just off Richmond Rd., just after nine on Friday morning.

Police say the teen ran out of the hotel, but was caught in the Mt. Tabor and Richmond Road area. Police were also able to find the weapon used during the robbery.

The teenager has been charged with 1st degree robbery.

Lexington police also have an arrest warrant for 19-year-old Jordan Samuel Cole for his connection to the crime. He's charged with 1st degree robbery and unlawful transaction with a minor.

Police say the 15-year-old suspect is also responsible for a string of robberies around the city. He's been charged with the robbery of a pizza delivery driver in July, the robbery of a taxi cab driver earlier this month and another robbery of a taxi cab driver early Friday morning.

If you know anything about this crime or have details about the whereabouts of Jordan Samuel Cole, you should call Lexington Police at (859) 258-3700 or Bluegrass Crime Stoppers at (859) 253-2020.

See? This is happening ALL THE TIME! It was probably drug related, too. Parents need to start taking better care of their kids, and watch what they are doing! You're children are out of control!

Where were these teenagers not in school today? The officials should also look into that. If the parents were not making them go to school then they should also be charged...! To much of this going on with young kids today. No supervision and thanks to child services we can't even whoop their tails anymore without getting into trouble. It seems that child services are interested in only removing the children from good homes and not concerning themselves with the bad ones they should be really looking at!
