Inmate Is Back In Jail

An inmate who walked away from work release detail in Pulaski County is back behind bars.

Somerset police say 53-year old Rex Wilson was found in Forrest City, Arkansas after a shoplifting incident at a Wal-Mart.

Wilson disappeared August 23rd.

He was being held on several charges, including possession of an alcoholic beverage in a vehicle and receiving stolen property.

Wilson is expected to be extradited back to Pulaski County to face escape charges.
