Man Stabbed In His Front Yard

More Video...

A Lexington man went to the hospital overnight, after being cut in his front yard.

Police say the man, living on Embry Avenue, heard a noise outside his home when he went to go check it out. He found three young men near a tree, who stabbed him.

Police say the man's injuries are minor, and they're not sure of a motive.

The victim's wife says crime is becoming a major problem in the neighborhood. She also says the community has a neighborhood watch association.

Just like the drive by shooting, what on earth is going on in Lexington and where are the police patrols in the non-gated communities? The crime rate is out of control. Come on LEXPD, step it up a notch.
