No Charges Will Be Filed Against Troopers

No charges will be filed against two Kentucky State Police Troopers, after a shooting incident earlier this summer in Whitley County.

The Corbin Times Tribune reports the investigation concluded that the troopers did nothing wrong.

It all started when troopers Gary Martin and Scott Bunch responded to a call in Whitley County about a house fire, but it ended with 29-year-old Scott Partin dead.

Police say the troopers fired when Partin moved a gun in a threatening manner.
